Ingredients
  

  • 3 packets instant noodles 220g dry
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 100 g chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 large shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 birds eye chilies
  • tbsp shrimp paste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles until they slightly separate, then rinse with cold water and drain, ensuring they are 70% cooked.
  • In a hot wok, add oil and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add sliced shallots, garlic, chilies, and shrimp paste. Stir for 30 seconds.
  • Introduce sliced cabbage, stir, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the partially cooked noodles and mix thoroughly to blend the flavors.
  • Season with salt according to taste.
