Instructions
Boil the noodles until they slightly separate, then rinse with cold water and drain, ensuring they are 70% cooked.
In a hot wok, add oil and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes.
Add sliced shallots, garlic, chilies, and shrimp paste. Stir for 30 seconds.
Introduce sliced cabbage, stir, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the partially cooked noodles and mix thoroughly to blend the flavors.
Season with salt according to taste.
