2handfuls Chinese broccoli cut into 5 inch segments
2large eggs

1tbspsoy sauce
2tbspdark soy sauce

Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sliced bird's eye chilli, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the chopped Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the partially cooked rice noodles and the sauce mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes to allow the noodles to soak up the flavours.
Push the noodles to one side of the wok and add the sliced chicken. Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes until it's done.
Mix the chicken with the noodles, stir-frying for another 1-2 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and the dish is heated.
