  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or sugar of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup plant milk (almond)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Drain the silken tofu and press it completely dry with a paper towel, so there is not much moisture. Add tofu to a blender or food processor.
