Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork baby back ribs, 2 racks
  • BBQ sauce (1 c, your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if a little spicy)
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
