- 1 Pound of ground beef
- 1 medium diced onion
- 2 cloves smashed garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomato juice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 bay leaf
- Half cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: Take a big pot, heat it up on medium-high. Add the beef and cook it by flipping both sides gently until brown. Drain the extra fat. Add in the diced onion and minced garlic. Let them cook another couple minutes till soft.
